Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Do not send back items without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- If we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size, no longer needed), you are responsible for return shipping costs. You can use any shipping method, or we can provide a return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Non-returnable items (see below) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may require photos to assess the situation.
If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Unauthorized Uniform Items
If your purchase includes a uniform item that was never authorized or has since been deemed unauthorized for wear, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Orders that haven’t entered production may be considered for cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service for review.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover return shipping costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs: Under EU law, we will refund the item price, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
